I am a mother of 3 about to be 4 now with baby boy. None of my other children had this diagnosis so it came as a complete shock and because it’s so rare I had never heard of it until my baby got diagnosed at our 20 week scan. It has been really hard and emotionally and mentally draining at times. His CDH is on the right side so his is even more rare. At first I was really devastated and confused as to why this was happening I kept blaming myself because I thought maybe this was my fault and something I did to cause it. But now I’m very hopeful and I know there’s a reason why god chose me to be his mom and to go through this journey with him.

Your grants will really help me and my family as relocating has been financially a struggle for me with not being able to work and not knowing exactly when I will be able to go back to work. So once again I really am thankful and I appreciate it.
