Initial Backstory

Our small family began with me and Tyler in 2013. We are high school sweethearts. We decided to start our family in 2022 and fell pregnant in October 2022 with TRIPLET BOYS! I got the positive test on Halloween day! Talk about going from 0 to 3 in seconds! Our sweet boys were born early and we experienced NICU for two dreadful but encouraging months! I became a SAHM since then. 

Then, in October of 2024, the exact same day (Halloween) we ended up pregnant again with a singleton! Little did we know, baby Jasper has left CDH. He is the earliest known case for Dr. Kay’s in St. Pete at JHACH as he was diagnosed at just 11 weeks in my womb. They saw that his stomach was next to his heart and realized he had CDH. 

As of right now, I am currently 30 weeks 3d pregnant with our sweet boy. He has a moderate to severe left CDH. We also just found out recently that he is growth restricted so they are keeping an even closer eye on him with weekly ultrasounds now. 

ECCF’s generosity will help lessen the financial burdens during this crucial time in my family’s life’s. We are blessed to have been accepted for this grant. Thank you.

Update 5/27/24

We relocated three weeks ago yesterday! I am currently 33w 2d pregnant with our L-CDH baby Jasper. He is currently doing good but still growth restricted and I already started dilating so we are trying to keep him “in” for as long as possible at least until my c section day on June 30th! Four more weeks hopefully!
