Initial Backstory
"We got diagnosed with CDH at our twenty week anatomy scan. Where we were seen at first gave us no hope and basically said there was nothing to be done. We got a second opinion at Boston children’s hospital and I’m so glad we did because this is something they deal with often and gave us the utmost hope that this is something we can get through. That being said Boston is about 4 hours away from home and we are needing to relocate to Boston for a minimum of 4 months starting may 25th. Which is when she will be born & have to undergo surgery about 7 days after birth."
Update 7/1/2026
"We’ve moved up to the 10th floor where we’ve gained some independence! She’s doing amazing! She’s just starting to get some breastmilk through a feeding tube & getting to try some tastes on her pacifier!"
